Bit of a noob question but can u put spin on the ball? Was playing the 360 demo and all the shots were strait as arrows. If i can put curve of the ball defently buying it.

Looks like I'll wait for Friday Supermarket jobby.

Decided I'm getting this ASAP as I'm not fussed with FM2008 this year. Gonna be hard switching between this and FIFA for style of play though, does PES support ''co-op'' this year? Hope it does...

Word on the street is, PS3 version of PES2008 is shipping early from a certain retailer, early as in now!

No mate I changed to another, I sent you a live message. Mines the one that guarentees next day delivery if you order before 5pm.

Didnt realise they stopped taking pre-orders.

I must say no demo of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 on the playstation store yet why ? i think the store is a waste of time

Yeah I noticed you hadn't been. I figured you were meditating to get ready for your Evo poundings

Edit there's a rumour in this edition of Evo, if your Stevie G you alternate button mashing A and B to whine to the ref. If you go fast enough ala track and field the ref starts sending players off.

I really hope that the Demo version is NOTHING like the actual version. I was really disappointed with the demo, to say the least.

I dont think there is slow down issues in game, just in the replays and in the cut scenes.

An outdated engine that's pushing higher resolution textures, more audio and more animations than it was originally coded to do. That was the problem with PES6 and that's the problem with this one. The engine was originally coded for the Playstation2.
