Hopefully the 360 version will outdo it, I'll have to see if there's ps2 to 360 convertors for the pads, I haven't even checked yet. I can't see the 360 pad being much cop for pes to be honest, for me anyway, being a d-pad player.
I wonder if the lag will differ from 360/ps2. Pes5 was mostly awesome online until you got someone from spain...
As far as I can tell after playing the jap version pro6 will be much like pro5, but with a even more realistic feel to the players, and better animations and nice little touches here and there like quick freekicks, etc.
So, let us pray the 360 is the best, then I can finally put into my cupboard the old nasty wires everywhere Playstation never to be seen again.
