probably been asked before...but sod it..

Love - Wensleydale, Brie, Lancashire, Goats cheese

Indifferent to - Cheddar, Red Leicester, Edam etc

Struggle with - Stilton

Haven't really tried much else. Anything else good that is similar to the ones I love and is worth trying out? Really don't know much about cheese.

I'd struggle to find cheese i don't like. I even like epoisse to those in the know :p

As a daily consumable, cheddar, specifically a welsh cheese, colliers. Discovered it a few years back when davidstow suddenly became more expensive and haven't looked back :-)

It is a corsican goats cheese. Wrapped in herbs this is amazing.

Depends on the situation, but Wensleydale with cranberries is always a treat!

My problem comes with blue cheeses, really. All smell nice. Only worked up the courage and tried Stilton yesterday but it tasted great. However...I can't stand to look at them, they really put me off. :(

Its always more pleasant looking at blue cheese after a few glasses of good quality port.

Well, I imagine that would be handy. :p

See the point though. It's probably something I could get over eventually, just the idea of eating something moldy having been used to throwing moldy foods out for so long is a bit tricky to get my head around. :o

Cropwell Bishop Stilton
"Black Bomber" Snowdonia (like Cheddar)
Lincolnshire Poacher "Double Barrel"
White Stilton with Apricot

Also like Gruyere, Feta, Goats, Ogleshield, Pendle Forest. Mozzerella and Ricotta in dishes. Quite a big fan in general of cheese.

I'm actually going to find some of that when we shop tomorrow, sounds very nice. My cheese choices are usually ones that consist of something spicy in it or something random. Spicy cheese on toast, nom nom nom!

It's lovely. Think of it as a cross between Stilton and Brie.
