As a daily consumable, cheddar, specifically a welsh cheese, colliers. Discovered it a few years back when davidstow suddenly became more expensive and haven't looked back
Depends on the situation, but Wensleydale with cranberries is always a treat!
My problem comes with blue cheeses, really. All smell nice. Only worked up the courage and tried Stilton yesterday but it tasted great. However...I can't stand to look at them, they really put me off.

See the point though. It's probably something I could get over eventually, just the idea of eating something moldy having been used to throwing moldy foods out for so long is a bit tricky to get my head around.
I'm actually going to find some of that when we shop tomorrow, sounds very nice. My cheese choices are usually ones that consist of something spicy in it or something random. Spicy cheese on toast, nom nom nom!
