Problem overclocking C2D Cpu

all i can think of is some sort of mobo problem (no idea what it might be tho) or the processor may be at its limit :(.

might be worth posting the the cpu forum asking what clocks people have from the processor, might be the latest batch are poor overclockers.
 
May sound like a stupid question but what Memory Ratio is your RAM set at? The OcUK Value stuff isn't likely to clock very far, especially with just 1.8V. In BIOS change your Memory Ratio/Divider to 1:1 and try and continue further.
