Problem swallowing tablets

The trick I use it to put tablet in mouth. Ignore the fact that it's there then down up to a pint of water fast as you can. You will find it very hard not to swallow the tablet if you just focus on drinking the water. :)
 
It's psychological. Probably best to just use a sip of something like water or juice as opposed to a large gulp as the tablet can swirl around and induce the gag reflex in someone already apprehensive. It's just because you haven't chewed it, you swallow much larger pieces when you eat normally.
