Try Furmark with the 19" and see if it arifacts or crashes. Use the latest version, 1.8.2 I think and the multi GPU mode.

Hmm, should be fine, note your vantage scores as well. Low scores could indicate it is under performing and imply a power issue. But try what I suggested, you really need to rule out the graphics card, data cable and monitor completely.

Have you tried the both data cables on the 19" monitor and both DVI outputs?
It does imply a hardware problem, but the fact it is only happening on one screen regardless of data cable or DVI output is puzzling. You tried gaming on the 19" Simon?
Do you have a large monitor you could borrow from a friend? Would help implicate or rule out the large monitor you have.
