Ill keep it brief
Had a MBP 13", I bought with Applecare.
Sold it a few months later with the Applecare as part of the sale.
New owner meets me (nice fella will get the use of it), and hands me the cash, I, tell him to mail me his new details and ill get on to Apple to sort the new registration for the Applecare.
Found the mail to sort this, sent a email with my purchase, and his new details.
Month later, no certificate oin the post, nothing on the website to tell him its now under his name.
Second email, told a certificate will be sent to him...about 3 weeks later, nothing.
Annoyed now as its making me look like a con artist and a liar.
Write slightly (not abusive) email about why this hasn't been sorted yet, same response, telling me the certificate is on the way.
Still nothing.
Very annoyed now, send more peed off (tho still not overly abusive just how annoyed I was that NOTHING had been done about this)....and.....not even a response from Apple about it now...that was about 2 weeks ago
So...any ideas as to what I should do now?
I'm am totally gob smacked as to how this can go on, I sold in good faith thinking Apple could sort this so easily.
