Problem with Graphics card

Sorry for not posting sooner. I have the card back and all is great, only problem is i bought my son a new card while we waited on return of original and now i am using his, now he has a better card than me.
I am builing a new computer system since this one is 4 years old and running on an old 939 mobo. Going down the i7 920 path new mobo ,case memory the lot, so here is hoping it all works when i have finished it..lol

I'm glad it worked out for you in the end. It’s a shame you had to force them to even consider your RMA. This all stems from a select few people thinking that this type of fault can never just occur. Because they had never seen or heard about it, it's not possible. Egg on their face, I think so.
 
Thanks guys. I have just ordered over £1000 worth of new equiment from overclockers so i am giving them another chance. I hope my build goes to plan and it works for me as this is my first time building a p.c. All due to arrive thursday at my work place so it will probably take me a few days to get it sorted out, wish me luck.
