Problem with SSD?

Hi, I have a Vertex 2 drive and seem to have a few issues now.
Occasionally windows will lock up and recover after a minute, and I've had a "kernel data inpage" BSOD.

I've ran the drive through western digital's data lifeguard diagnostic and it came back clean, but HDTune occasionally comes up with bad blocks, with 2 halfway in the first run, 11 the second and none the third time I ran the test.

Anyone got any ideas on this? Had more crashes and another "kernel data in-page error" BSOD. Wouldn't boot into Windows until after a few attempts after that. Had a few lock-ups yesterday also.
