Anyway I'm lucky enough to live just outside Newquay. Trevarren just outside St Coumb Road/Queens

I'm at uni in Bristol and I don't go home at summer because of the traffic around my parents place (St. Ives) which makes it painfull even to go shopping.

its always fine where I live, the emmits get eaten if they stray too close, over by St Day,

No updates yet im afraid. Been really busy recently so ive had no time or energy to do any more work on the thing. Ive been talking to M!!cook about some possible eye replacements. Should be really cool if I can get hold of them and working properly. Should allow the eyes to move.

Not thought about the waterloop yet tbh. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions on this? Basically I need the smallest water cooling parts available, including a 80.1 rad. The block needs to be able to fit a s370 or possibly a socket A AFAIK.

wonder if you could fit the rad behind the face so it could breath, with a relay alternating between sucking and blowing.

Just read this thread and oh my god, what a great idea, love the way you made web cams into eyes and the build quality looks great. Best of luck and keep us all posted on how its looking. Cant wait for the finished product

A quick update. Ive been out and bought some more epoxy putty, and ive started moulding the plugs into the body;

The next step is to use car body filler to build it all up and make the inside smooth. I also bought the paint today... White gloss and black matt.

Yup. But hopefully they will never need to be replaced, and without the epoxy they run the risk of falling off.

80% ish i'd say. Most of the major work is done, but its the finishing bits that will really make the thing look cool.

Hopefully this weekend I will be up to my armpits in car body filler(Or should that be android body filler) I think once thats doen and sanded down, im going to paint the stomach plate to see what it looks like.

Might be a good idea to test both the paints out of any scrap bits you've got to see what they're going to be like and how well they hold.

I just want to know what the colours are going to look like

Yeah. Unfortunately I don't really have any scrap. I stupidly threw out the tiny bit that I did have. However the stomach will be the test piece, as it will be easy enough to sand off if it all goes wrong.
