Following on from Ducky's comment about the SATA power cable, I have to say that caught my eye as well. Went looking for the relevant mod and came up with this link:

This doesn't look too easy, but may well include it as one of the mods for my planned build.

Thanks for all your positive comments guys, ive been working away so havent been online hence the late replys back. I am well happy with how its turned out and as anyone here knows when you build a new pc i know of improvements i can make for the next time round. Speaking of the next time around, maybe in a couple of months i may be looking for another case to build and I9 system. Anyone think of a really good case like the TJ-07 rather than using the same case again even though it is an awesome case?

The big Lian Li's seem popular in similar builds, the V2000 ones or somthing like that lol, never been good with names that are all just numbers

that reminds me.. my Ocz Modxstream pro came with power cables with the leads in just the right places.. only because I have a case where the PSU is at the bottom all the connectors turn out to be upside down.
