With the two pumps in my system each 10ft (3m) of 7/16" tubing loses are around 0.07GPM of flow. Which is small, relatively speaking. The bigger the tubing ID the lower the losses, so keep that in mind. If you give me some details I can guesstimate your losses.

Air's not a problem, even on low speed it moves a ton. Sits on a window ledge behind some curtains and benefits from cold air leaking in from outside (wooden frames). Pulled it out for maintenance yesterday funnily enough. 9 months of dust, always surprises me how much builds up. Didn't effect the temps though, anyway soon removed with some compressed air.
Definitely recommend radbox's after using this one, if you have the room for one, certainly keeps the case end simpler.
