Nice work there dude :) . Ive heard that putting a few drops of baby oil on the wet and dry helps a lot when polishing Alu.

looking good mate !
im sure you will either get sick of polishing, or get too deep into it to stop
but i will warn you !! have a break between polishing... lots of them. stretch / rotate yor wrists, massage them. ANYTHING . im not joking.
if you dont, you will get repetitive strain injusry ( RSI ) very quickly... and its not very nice at all.

Very nice Jakal91, what is the quality of the painting up close with the naked eye, do you have orange peel ? you might of get a better finish sending the panels of to be professionaly plated of powder coated ?

Ye i like that as well, gives it a nice textured look and will fit in with the orange colour to.

Looks great, an orange wavemaster sounded a bit :eek: but it turned out very good. get some more pics up with the sidepanels/top door bit on when you have finished them properly :)
