this is going rather well for me at the moment, just got a problem... mounting the hhds how i have makes it so ever vibration is heard :( can anyone think of a way to mount them and not have noise?

thanks

got it on the wall and all wired up :)

think it looks rather neat :D temped to spray the board and leave it like that for the time being, i need to save money and it looks pretty good like that imo

just fix some fans to it and should be ok to go :)

thats definitley a feature, its quirky and I kinda like it! I think the whole box on the wall thing is quite a good idea, if I were to do it I think id do it like Shadowscotland.

Are you gonna enclose it or leave as is?

That looks great, especially the way you've hidden the wires away. Are you going to do a similar thing with the connections to the monitor, keyboard, etc?

The only thing I'd add to it was some extra support for that graphics card. I don't like the thought of it only being held in place by the PCI-E socket at that angle.

PK!

thanks for the comments :)

yeh I have thought about support for graphics card, sorting that out today :)
along with painting the board

will post back when done :)

just wondering, why are you using that piece of metal from an old case, i figured you were just gonna use it as a template for mounting holes?

might be worth re-orienting your true120 if your having an upwards airflow, that is unless your considering replacing it with something more low-profile
