Doesn't that sort of prove it's necessary though? Otherwise, that's all going to clog in the CPU/GPU block's fins and cause more of a problem.
I never understood the point of inline filters for running loops. If there's enough crud in your loop to warrant filtering it out, then surely you didn't do a good enough job prepping and cleaning your kit in the first place?

Maybe. The fins on the cpu block I was looking at have fins down to 0.15mm...although there are alternatives at 0.5mmLike, never anything your block or pump would struggle with
