They've issued specific guidance on this, so there isn't really anything to be confused about. I can't say I agree with her, but what it essentially says is that students must be taught about the rule of law and tolerance of other peoples beliefs.

As for making a point, I am not sure what point you think you're making? Your bait is pretty weak.
