One thing to be wary of also is that Nutritionist isn't a protected term, anyone can claim to be a Nutritionist regardless of qualifications.

Whereas Dietitians do need to be registered.

ah well, dietitian is probably what i meant then.

Im sure hospitals dont make a habit of employing unregistered staff to make up specialist feed bags when they feed intravenously.

I just hope I didnt offend them and call them a nutritionist!

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements on sale. If it was dangerous in any way, at a normal dose, it would be known.
Yes some people get a bad reaction to it, yes some people have no reaction. However, the vast majority of use is perfectly safe.

Overdosing of any supplement/drug is bad, but then the same can be said for almost anything being over dosed.

holland and batter does half price proteins most the time, very good 1kg ones, precision engineered whey protein, come in choc, which is me fav, banana, strawberry, goes nicely with peti felue yoghurts and skimmed milk :D

i laugh when i hear holland and barret and maximuscle mentioned with protein, both are marketing geniuses selling cheap crap at ridiculous prices, even at half price myofusion (the best tasting blend on the planet) is cheaper.

As I have just posted in the supplements thread: H&B whey is foul, it is cheap for a reason.

myprotein have a deal on at the mo, head over to the supplements thread in SA for info.

Also, I don't think that this thread is worth continuing, at least not in this forum :p
