protien - creatine

CEE did nothing for me, Creapure (mono) is a different story though. I'm on a bulk putting 1lb a week on consistantly, stopped taking the Creapure last week and I've dropped 3lb.

Didn't really notice any strength gains aside the water retention, though I got quite painful calve pumps from running.

So you were putting on weight but no strength gains, then lost 3lb which is 99% going to be due to water retention?

I don't like CEE. Creapure on the other hand is one of the best value for money supp's there is. Cheap, no fuss and gives results :)

Thats right, there are a lot of poeple who claim CEE is better and more effective but there is no proof (marketing ploy).

Creatine monohydrate has been proven to be effective and yes a lot cheaper!

Not so much better, but there are people who do not respond to Mono that do to CEE, so for them CEE is infinitely better ;]

Mono doesn't even taste of anything?

There's no way you'd cope trying to drink leuicine or something like that.

well i tred it with warm water today which made it much easyer to drink BUT 30mins later i was running to the loo  i dont think it agreed with me :( .

il give it another try tomorow and see how it goes.

creatine doesnt taste like anything even when you have it with just water

mix it up with orange juice cause its best taken with simple carbs

Sounds like you are having too much creatine in too little liquid. Go for Creapure, and mix 5 - 10 grams with one of those cheap isotonic orange drinks. Loooovely, plus the carbs shuttle the creatine straight to your muscles.

Supermarkets sell these isotonic bottles at 39p each or 4 for 1.50
