Is this a straight console port? if it is I hope it's a good one coz its been some time since it came out on consoles, so no excuse for a sloppy port.

Won't be surprised if it is a poor console port. Probably just delayed it for this long so people would get fed up with waiting and buy it on the console instead etc.

Won't be buying it straight away until I have properly tested it out on the PC.......

I realize it's not the best game but I still really enjoyed the first, will probably pick this up in the Winter sales

The first was a VERY rough diamond. I was hoping this would deliver the heaping handfuls of promise the first had but from what I gather it's the same game again. I'm hoping the vague accounts on metacritic are just that and the issues I had have been at least looked at.

Mildly interested.

Saved me some cash as well :) but I will still be getting it for the PC......... just via another method ;) :p

That has to be the poorest excuse for pirating ever.

"I'm not going to buy the game because it is a shoddy port and it is unplayable with a mouse but I'm still going to pirate it".

So what, you're happy to pay for a game that is probably one of the worst ported games ever going by that video, despite it being delayed for PC for months and months now.

Awful textures..........check
Awful controls...........check (guy said the game is virtually unplayable with K+M)
Settings make no difference when changed.........checked
**** performance.............check
Developer have had plenty of time to make it much better on the PC and yet it is worse/same as consoles..........check

The PC version sounds even worse than the first game.

You go ahead and give them your hard earned cash for a lazy ass job of brining the game to PC, this is why we have **** ports for the PC as people are happy enough to pay them for lazy ports to the PC.

In fact, I don't think this game is even worth pirating, in fact it's not, so you can sleep well tonight, knowing that I am not going to bother with it at all :)

And I was really interested in this game as I love the gameplay etc. something, which is just fun, but the fact that it has been out on consoles for ages and PC is only getting it now, which has turned out terrible has put me off it completely, I still want to play it, but there is no way I am paying for that POS.

Good excuse if you ask me. Feel free to fill activsion's pockets for an abysmal port to PC that does not even have proper mouse support, these ***** even killed of the Dev of the game, it's probably the major reason the port sucks. By all means support **** publishers like activison, give them more reason to **** on the PC platform.

They'll have been put to work on DLC as soon as it launched for the console. I'm quite sure the PC version was ready then and nothing has changed since.

As far as the mouse/keyboard controls being carp, you shouldn't be using them, but still no excuse to ship with them not working. Crappy textures is something else I can live with, I just wont be paying full whack for it.

It's sounding like something to get in a sale in 6-12 months.

Looks like a total waste of money to buy this.

If people stop buying crud, they wont have money to make more crud. Simple.

I refuse to play this by parting with my hard earned cash.

Ouch guys that's really harsh but I have to agree with you on this, the PC community are being treated very poorly in the past few years. Its all about the money, the market niche is in consoles since most amount of people own a games console rather than a high performance desktop PC so developers are compelled to make games for consoles and lower end machines. However this doesn't say PC gaming dead far from it.

Anyways lets keep this on track Prototype 2!

So is there any features at all in this game that is appealing?
