Prototype

Runs well on my system too - Intel Quad core, ATI4850 512MB, 4GB ram vista 64 bit.

Downloaded it from Direct2Drive and am really enjoying it.

a) It's cheaper on Impulse than it is on Steam (£29.80 GBP vs £34.99)
b) It's unavailable to buy in the UK on Impulse, so it's not an option

:p

Perhaps he's in Europe and has the Impulse 20% off voucher? :)

edit:

Wow, I'm talking so much cack in my response to uv...

He's in London
He's talking about Steam being cheaper

Was $54.99 vs $34.99 (both were listed as dollars, I'm sure.)

Never mind.. prefer steam anyway. :)

I dont really like the idea of having to download it, especially as I have a monthly usage limit on my broadband connection, would eat up that limit in no time having to download the games in full, plus I get the disk and the leaflet to flick through

True true, but I'm always losing CDs and breaking hard drives so its helpful on steam :D

I must admit that playing this game with a controller is a lot better, I found the game was more responsive and easy to play rather than the mouse & keyboard, which was more fussy to navigate and felt a bit slower as well

i found the keyboard and mouse easy enough, and im normally quite fussy when it comes down to controls but it is a bit hard having to trail though all those F keys! when dealing with soldiers, tanks, choppers, hunters...

Up the mouse sensitivity, it defaults to really low.

anyone else can't get past the throwing the cab at the heli part? Alex just won't throw it, no matter what buttons I press, targeted or not targeted :(

Odd. It should be the same button as the one you used to pick it up.

Also, just completed it. Woot. Now to hope for a multiplayer control-point style version.
