Sorry but no. Anything bigger than a 5 year old girls hands and you'll find the 360 is the more ergonomic of the two. The chat pad is better and the triggers are better. The dpad is....poor but so is the dpad on every PlayStation pad ever released. In terms of build, both the ds3 and the 360 pads are top flight, far better than any 3rd party pads so no issues with either there.
As for the n64pad..... great concept but they didn't have much going for them. Poorly built and inaccurate analogue sticks spring to mind. You cannot seriously compare that to a 360 pad.
