HDTVs still reach a very small portion of households and I seriously doubt 99% of those with a HDTVs want a blu-ray player. The average joe still has some difficulty telling HD-DVD apart from blu-ray, and sales of both certainly indicate that blu-ray is the more popular format, but not to an extent that indicates anywhere near what you claim.

Not to mention that when you dismiss somebody else's argument, it's a good idea not to pull out such a ridiculous claim and not even have a whiff of proof or source to back it up with.

I really hope they dont **** up CoD4 on the ps3, chances are it will look very nice on PC and 360, but poor on low framerate on the ps3

Oh well ill just pick it up for pc instead

Just been looking at screenshots of uncharted, although its full of jaggies (obviously an early build, so it will probably be fixed), it actually doesnt look that bad.

Uncharted, Ratchet, Heavenly Sword and GT5 Prologue are the exclusives I'll be getting. They should all be top games, I'm hoping Uncharted will surpass expectations, shame about Lair.

I'm happy COD4 is going to be the same as it's about time. I tend to favour the PS3 for multi platform titles because I use my PS3 downstairs as the main media centre (because it's quiter) and the online is free. I'm not bashing the 360, I like them both

I think my reasons are decent anyway.
