Personally for me i see a lack of exclusives or AAA that id expect from Sony.
Im not familular with many other games listed and forgive me not everyone checks up on games news for consoles they dont own, why should it be a problem to ask?

Lots of games are listed but i can get them already on my current platform which is a little annoying.

Seems approx Christmas at least or 2008 before things look to be good year though for PS3.

Can i ask what people think will be the biggest or best games from this list?

Hmmm? Did you just mention my name? If you take your time to read or notice my pattern of post. I encourage people to buy ps3 when the oppurtunity comes, i also try to be fair but when people like Mr Latte comes along, the rule of the game changes. I dont take him serious (as per comment on ps3) and i just play along.

Helps to make the day go faster.

Sorry if you think like that yes sometimes some of the stuff on here is taking the micky. Im actually posting here from a honest point of view asking whats coming out and whats going to be peoples favorites or most awaited games, is this not a fair thing to ask in a forum?

Jumpers just wants to stick a knife in at every oppertunity or so it seems.

It will never end though.Its the same people ganging up on you and you're making yourself look as bad by defending the 360.

There's a few pre-sales going up on auction sites now. Be interesting to see how well they do, or indeed whether they sell at all.

I doubt they will sell, i think Sony have decided to flood the market in order to avoid the grey market.
And even then, you can still get a US or JAP one for cheaper so there is no real market in it.
There wasn't a huge ebay market for PSP's was there? i don't know cos i didn't look, but i didn't hear about it.

im not going to argue with you any further and its not about picking sides

im here out of interest in purchasing a PS3. What i dont want is approx 1 months entertainment with motrstorm and F1.

Then once the newness wears off is be in a postion quite a lot of "wii" owners are now facing in a drought of software or in my case owning the 360 like MANY on here any game i see listed thats dual format is not a reason for me to need to purchase a PS3. Now further to this without counting id say quite a lot in that list and some of the best games are indeed dual format.

So in fairness to anyone reading this and perhaps in the same situation i ask for a list and the for peoples own persoal favourites from the list to help validate my decision to get the machine now or later.

Its a purchase for me that will happen but when is to be decided.

Im sorry but your comment is unwarranted. No one gangs up on him, he is always trolling in all ps3 threads and whinning like sony took his gf or something. So please stop and get it right.

I would expect it to occur to you that i stay out of 360 thread and when i make digging comment in a 360 thread, my post is quickly removed....shame same thing cant be done to some in here. So far, all i did was in a way defened the ps3 in a ps3 thread. If people dont like it (ps3) they shouldnt buy it and quit moaning about the price and what it has to offer, Im sure those set of people know themselves.

ah so now im the bad guy again.

Still id like someone thats in the same posiion as me who questions this:

If indeed THEY NEED or FEEL theirs ENOUGH to attract them to a PS3 just at this moment in time with regards GAMES that are available at LAUNCH or the UPCOMING RELEASES.

This imo is what a lot of potential owners will ask themselves, personally with my PC i have no need for Blu Ray so thats another good buying option for some wasted on me, i realise that but on a games only playing purchase is it currenty a good purchase its a simple non bias concern.

El, please remember i am a multi format user/owner always have been.

Ahy do owners need to justify their purchase? Basically you are trying to justify not purchasing it, not PS3 owners justifying buying it.

Still for anyone buying something dont they weigh up the pros and cons?
Its different some yes have waited a long time for this console coming and are getting it regardless.

I could say that for some of the importers here but mean no disrespect.

In your eyes the PS3 can do no wrong so don't try and come across as open minded when it comes to gaming.Leave that to the grown ups.

But that isn't the case. Looking at the post about Live being priceless just shows that it is trying to be a willy measuring contest. He can try claim it is different, but being so reluctant and repeatedly asking PS3 owners 'But why But why but why' then it doesn't seem like someone who actually wants one. More of a ;look at my 360 can you match that' and it happens all the time, especially with Mr Latte.

Does it occur to you that his posts on ps3 are full of emotions and come across like he is in pain somtimes? Cause i know i see this.

So you know what i think now? I havent stated categorically that the ps3 is perfect but by far it is what i would buy if i have to buy a next gen console again. I am open minded if only you wanna see it.....

So let me get this, dismissing me and my view automatically makes you a grown up? Ok i get it now. Do you realise you started well but going towards what you try to prevent? Oh well. **shakes head**
