PS4 pro

i am a Xbox One owner at moment but been thinking trading in for a PS4 pro.

Reason being

Faster game load up
Better 4K gaming as more choice

Is this a good move.

Why not wait until the Xbox scorpio is out and then make a decision? Its out end of this year.

Which controller do you prefer? Do you play online with friends?

Just think about the pros and cons yourself and work out which console is best for you? All the information you need about both consoles is out there, just do some research.

Ps4 pro is more powerful than the xbox one and ps4 but the Scorpio is apparently going to be roughly 30% more powerful than the ps4 pro(teraflops wise)

PS4 Pro is sort of halfway between 1080p and 4k. Hence lots of the games actually rendering at 1440p

Xbox Scorpio specs indicate a proper 4k machine.

I'd say that PS4 has marginally better exclusives.

PS4 Pro load times aren't that amazing by the way. Certainly not compared to a PC with an SSD drive.

So basically am i just best staying as I am and save my £250 that it would cost me to go toward a new Scorpio or maybe the next PS is there anything about that as surely they will want to compete with Xbox?

Personally i would keep the xbox and buy a normal ps4. Best of both worlds. The pro is not enough of an upgrade IMO.

Surely you just buy the games you want to play regardless of the format? Killzone shadow fall is pretty good, looks very nice.

Ah. Well i wouldnt buy a pro based on killzone, but, Guerilla's HZD looks and plays amazingly.
