HZD is brilliant, its more akin to to the recent Tomb Raider games though than an out and out shooter. Its only Zelda BOTW thats keeping me away from it.

If you already have an Xbox One, there is practically no reason to get a One S as it only has a tiny CPU speed bump.

Unless you want 4k/HDR

I've got a Xbox one. I got a ps4 pro at Christmas and it's a great machine. I've never had so much fun. I've also got a 4K TV which helps. I love them both but I'd say the ps4 is much better for the games. Now I've played all the uncharted and the last of us and now event horizon and it's great.

I wouldn't upgrade to an Xbox One S, the Pro would be worth buying over a PS4 Slim / Original.

As other have said if you want a worthwhile upgrade over the Xbox One wait for the Scorpio or puchase a Pro now.

Ok so the pro is a big upgrade from Xbox one. But the new Xbox more likely be end of year be even bigger upgrade but could cost a bit. Won't Sony follow suite

I have both Xbox One S and PS4 Pro + A standard PS4, I hate the xbox interface its slow and non user friendly thats same on s model still slow, i mainly use it for 4k player and some exclusives(use that term loosely) thats it it might get used 2 times a month if that, My PS4 Pro is used daily, its interface may not look as fancy but its nicer imo less cluttered and its very quick, PlayStation again i feel has better exclusives, Microsoft have none essentially since there all ending up on PC anyway if you dont have aa PC then i guess for you they are exclusive just not by definition of the word

If you have a 4k TV a Pro is worth it if you dont then a standard PS4 is all you need

The only reason I got an Xbox one s in first place was it cost me 30 quid to change due to circumstances that and it's the cheapest 4k player so if your into 4k blu rays then it's worth it if your not then no I wouldn't of changed at all
