PSP

i regret selling mine :(

also if a mod passes by how come we can give full instructions on how to hack ipod/iphone firmware yet cant even mention psp firmware ?

What i want to know, if anyone has gone from old style PSP to a new slim and light, and whether they consider it worth the change?

The PSP I play a lot on, I probably get a bit more out of it because i chose not to go with a custom firmware, i play the games more because i pay for them. The price is right for the games, god of war is the only game ive spent over £15 on, and worth every penny it was too.

Well had it for a few days now and I love it! Can't believe I never got one a while ago.

Currently I have Vice City Stories, God of War CoO, Manhunt 2 (Uncensored!), Mortal Kombat Trilogy and about 50 SNES games! This is awesome, great piece of kit, loving the remote play too, glad I took my Wii back which got me this PSP and £52 in store credit! :)

However if it wasn't for custom firmware I would not rate it anywhere near as much, I can't be arsed with UMD games out and about, just having the PSP itself and the memory stick = awesome, I bought it because of the homebrew primarily.

i am in full agreement with jihad the psp on its own cannot touch a cfw one.

there are far to many things that cfw adds to it eg been able to watch youtube streaming or rip my own games to my memory stick and have increased battery life as a result of the umd drive not been used and faster load times.

i cant go into detail about what i said though but google is fun and mine would probably be gathering dust if it wasn't for cfw :)
