Ok so with the imput of melbourne720 ive come up with the below machine but he seams to have vanished for the night now and i need a psu. He reccommeded seasonic so im thinking of going for the - Seasonic M12 Modular 600W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply is this sufficient for the below spec or should i go for the 700w im ordering all this tomorrow as soon as somone give me the sign!

600W should be sufficent it has strong rails on it that unit. Will you be doing much overclocking?
