I think the OP is the first person in history to complain about not being fined! I would have thanked my lucky stars that the officer didn't take it any further... like being charged with 'Owning a BMW'!

deffo cos your in a bmw, i was on the phone and a police van drove past me and the 2 coppers looked over at me and they didn't even do out they could have easily turned around aswell:d havn't done it since i proper **** my self
