when I've done all nighters in the past i tend to find having a quick powernap for 20mins very refreshing, but you need to make sure you don't slip into the 'just another 5 minutes'
all i ever do at the moments is all nighters (got mild insommnia), i'd love to be able to crash at 11pm, but these days i rarely get to sleep until 5 or 6. Least it gives me more time to try and revise (or cram as is more appropriate now)
