yes but your not allowed to restrain them for the sole purpose of waiting for the police/bouncers etc.
Also the bouncers would have just thrown them both out, as it sound like he just told them he got hit, but not that hit the other guy.

wow honestly if you dont believe it then stfu and move on. I dont need to hear sarcastic bs. I never said people there loved me you mellowdramatic cyber queen.

Im not trying to justify my actions nor do I agree with the worser part of it. Im simply stating on this forum (yes the whole world resides in this very forum!) and in turn it has come to a thread where people would say what they had done in the given situation.

if you dont like the thread put your keyboard back in your mouth and gtfo
 
I love Jumpin Jacks, sooo cheesy haha. Seen a fight or two in there before, nothing major though.
Wind street is where its at, though Play is pretty crappy tbh. Cant wait for the Oceana to open!

Having worked as a bouncer for 12 years, I've seen this a few times and I've always made sure that the instigator got what they deserved. The most surreal moment I've ever had was when a young lad decided to stand on a table, jump on my back and attempt to hit me with a bottle as I strolled past (I was wearing a t-shirt with SECURITY emblazoned across the shoulders so he should have known better). Suffice to say, I received no injuries as a little dip of the shoulder ensured he was sprawled on the ground in front of me. A couple of punches later and he was escorted off the premises with the aid of a boot to his behind. Why did he do it? I'll never know.
 
So this one time when i was out on the lash some guy like hit my cheesy chips out of my hands so i totally lifted him up off the floor then like knocked him sparko!

Aye I remember some skinhead wannabe smacked me in the face a little while back, I swiftly nutted him, hit him clean in the gut and knocked him over to the floor, he was kind of half wheezing half holding his nose. Bouncers took him out with a bleeding nose, me and the guys I was out with chanting at him, then realised what had happened the next day, like, what? :D

Are you sure? The law regarding defence and crime prevention is not as it is often described as being. For example, if you see someone stealing something, the law says you're allowed to chase them down, force them to the ground and punch them in the head. That is counted as reasonable force in the prevention of a crime and is therefore legal.
