I think that as long as the skirts cover underwear, and underwear is worn, then there shouldn't be an issue. In the article the teachers claim the girls underwear is on show :/ That's not right.

I work right across the road from my old (and very astute) 6th form. When the sun comes out, it's like a playboy school theme day out there. Skirts shorter than the width of my hand and more bra on show than shirt.

They try and keep some stiff upper lip conformist uniform regime in the 6th form but it totally backfires as they just **** it up left right and center. I wanna go back
