Putting on Weight

Hello!

I'm 6ft 2" in height and weigh just under 10.5 stones, im quite underweight for my height. I've struggled for years with putting weight on, i eat well and don't even excersise as much as i used to!

Question is, has anyone here experienced this? If so, what have you tried to try and overcome?

Also, Does anybody know of any good high in calorie snack bars?
 
I could help you there as I have gained 2 stone since the start of July (not a good thing as I was overweight before).

Just laze about and eat loads of bread.
 
This thread may help somewhat, has some good advice in it, even if you don't want to take up bodybuilding!

Reason i say this is i was once 6ft 2 and weight 9stone10... Meet my misses, became content and am now 14stone... Hence the pizza

Your "eating well" isn't actually eating well at all most likely.

Post what you eat in 1 day, as an example.

I DO have a GF :), so it's not about that, it's more of self-conscious thing!

Well theres your problem, I always had a nervous problem about food for some reason, got over it when i met my wife, my misses before didn't make me feel good truth be told that and she was anorexic... Do you actually eat a lot anyway?

Best thing to do i'd say is dont go mental on junk food just eat often that way your evenutally just will want to eat more and more.
