The Police break into a house to find a man dead in his armchair with a bullet in his head. By his side is a gun and and a tape recorder. Mr Policeman presses play on the tape recorder and hears a voice saying "I can't take it anymore, I'm going to shoot myself!!!" and then the BANG of a gun going off...

The Police immediately open a murder investigation, how do they know that it's murder?

Nope

FC1983 got it right. Both trains passed through the tunnel on the same tracks and in opposing directions on the same day but at different times one at 9.30 the other at 10...

On the north pole all directions face south and as regards a polar bears colour it may be translucent but every polar bear I have ever seen appears white to my eye...
