I have just ordered this bundle. Board came with the shield and 2 SATA leads which is nice. Is anything else missing ? It's been a long time since I bought a motherboard, I'm talking old Core 2 Duo Processor !
 
That's probably all it came with so that's good news. Just have to hope that it has a bios that recognises the 2600 or it will need to be sent to gigabyte for flashing. At least Gigabyte has a UK service centre if it comes to that so it shouldn't be away for long.
 
Think mentioned before. By the small off chance it hasn't got bios to run ryzen 2000 series, Gigabyte UK can flash the board for you . Handy service they do being UK based.

Shame you didn't go FX.... could have joined a Class action lawsuit !

In theory, with resource sharing, it could have been something huge. Consoles could have benefited etc but Intel's brute speed and IPC strength won in pace as well as for developers .

Just check the stock heatsink... Thermal paste may not be on there or used.. just as a heads up being B stock

Hi the processor is a brand new one as I spent the extra £10 to get it just in case.
 
Good start. Checked it all tonight as gonna fit and the motherboard has no back plate for the cpu fan and the box has erm loads of short curly hairs in it.
Plus the battery has been messed with as it’s got a big finger print on it.

Ah, b-grade... Believe you can still return it with ocuk under 14 days.

Grey area but not sure if @GIGA-Man / gigabyte would have spare backplate ?
