Yeah thats your 2D and 3D clocks :)

it will jump to 750mhz once a 3D app is started.

pretty nice, saves power and heat :)

not sure on my ram... one seems to flash crazy on stress tests etc, the other just flashes now and again.... not sure its right...

I recieved mine a couple of weeks ago but haven't set any of it up yet.

I have bought a Noctua NH-U12P. Most of you seem to be buying the Tuniq cooler. Does this perform better? I've also bought a P5Q Deluxe and 4GB GeIl memory, so hope not to be too dissappointed.

I'm hoping to get cracking on the setup next week, so will post up more details then! Good to see the Q9550 clan coming together.

If SATA is set to ACHI mode in the BIOS, you will have to make a driver floppy with the latest Intel ACHI drivers on it. (Press F6 when XP starts to install) and load in the drivers before trying to install XP.
Alternatively, set the SATA to compatibility mode/legacy IDE mode in the BIOS before trying to install XP.

You will probably have to do a clean install to get it working properly.
There should also be a utility on the CD supplied with your motherboard to make the driver floppy.
