'QiQ' 11p hosting for a year

The offer is only for new hosting accounts. Orders for hosting accounts for domain names that are presently hosted by QiQ or have previously been hosted by QiQ will be cancelled.

QiQ do these promotions every 3-6 months, usually for £1/year.
Their control panel isn't that great, you can't download raw logfiles (you can get around this, but still not easy to download them), bandwidth graphs are "3d" (ugh).
The control panel backup feature only allows you to download the backup, not to store it in your webspace. So you have to download it, then re-upload if you want to keep a copy online.
Saying all that, I think new customers get a proper cpanel control panel, not sure.
For 11p you can't complain!

Nothing I'd imagine, a large percentage of people buying will just not use it in any great capacity I'd suspect.

Never had my own webhosting before really, just splashed out 11p on this I hope it was worth it.

Now to figure out what the hell this is and how to get my filez on the internet!

Can host your siggys on it and make a nice rotation of them.

Not a very good deal really if you don't already have a domain.

From www.one.com you can get a domain with space etc for cheaper then QiQ.

There isn't one, aside from the price goes back to normal after the first year, at which point it's no longer hugely competitive (£19.99).

As I've just purchased a subscription I suspect I will be one of the afore mentioned people.
