I wouldn't be surprised if he moved on to the PS4. He is an geek / engineer / Shader God guy, and the console looks interesting from that perspective. Certainly more interesting than the steady GPU development of the last decade. Nothing really changed there, only more horsepower. He's been fighting for unified architecture for some time.
And I'm sure he'll also be balls deep into anything related to Oculus, although from an engineering perspective, there isn't much you can add (except reduce latency). Maybe improving tracking / positioning / gyro tech from his rockets.
Who knows, he might just be more interested in flying his rockets. From the last QuakeCon, I had a feeling all this ID / video gaming stuff was just getting in the way of his rocket engineering.
