I would be surprised if they move her to Edinburgh to be sent to London by Royal Train.
With it being Balmoral I think it is highly likely she will be flown by the RAF from Aberdeen probably to Northolt.

Unless she's overridden the government on the matter she will travel as the operation is defined.

Her Majesty and the late Prince Philip chose and stored their own coffins many years ago, something I can't decide if macabre, or a wise investment given the price of hardwoods and lead. They will be interred next to one another. It's said Philip wanted the one nearest a local bar and dancehall
