I don't. But if I did, the max length of time I would cover something like this for is 3 years. £64 seems like a lot of money for a maybe, especially when the first two years of the device is covered by a warranty.

Oh come on MR. Bot, think of all the extra calculations per second you could do with the upgraded processor on the Quest 3. You would become invincible on Walkabout and only mildly stupid on Demeo.

I'm not expecting a massive change, and it will obviously depend on how close your eyes are etc, but the pre-order to get aw2 is very very tempting.

Need to have a word with the missus anyway about finance, so we'll see how that goes and I'll decide if I can bring myself to do it.

The only thing that's stopping me.. is I never got on with the default quest 2 strap.. so ideally want a replacement head strap before I start using it.. and not sure I can purchase the Meta headstrap knowing it's very overpriced..

What the hell wasn't going to but ended up pre-ordering the Quest 3 last night, got the 128GB for £388.

The double letter phone store has a bundle with the elite strap for only an extra £20.

It does look a bit better.. but still not the best..

plus if I do get one.. then you all won't be able to look down on me from your quest 3 towers of superiority when we play golf on the 16th

probably me too.. I will get a new headset.. and it will probably be a quest 3.. but i'm not overly in a rush.. so at the moment despite the FOMO i'll probably wait a little while.. (that could change in the next 5 mins
