What kind of hat do you wear to stop getting a sunburnt head? :)

Had the roof open lately after buying the car in winter, it's my first convertible and I'm surprised how much my head catches the sun. I think it's something to do with my hair blowing about and letting the rays get through to my scalp.

Currently got a baseball cap in the glovebox but I'm 40!

Any fashionable suggestions?

Use my hair but I have some suncream in the car, so if I'm out in it and it starts getting really hot/sunny I can not burn my self to a crisp.

My dad when ever I take him out in it just uses a random baseball cap.

Baseball cap for me if it is really sunny. I've given myself a touch of sun stroke from driving the Mazda without one in the past.

Balaclava

It's true, this is what I wear when the roof is down:

Lol at above replies :)

I might get a floppy sunhat and leave it folded in the map pocket.

The balaclava would be effective but might confuse people into thinking I'm a skier.

Cap, feel a plonker with it but I only use it on long drives (2hrs+) rather than reaching for it whenever the sun shines
