why was my 'RMA concerns' topic deleted?
whatever happened to freedom of speech?

also, why can't I PM an admin? or PM anyone else for that matter...

it wasnt a shop question though, I was just asking the COMMUNITY what I should do.. seeing as how most of you have been through it before.
what would I get banned for? what kind of 'forum' is this...

I did read them, I didn't break any of the rules on my last topic so I don't see why it was deleted.. what kind of a community censors their users and only allows 'good' posts? this is a horrible attempt at communism.

Don't lie to me doll, you'd know why you can't PM anyone if you did.

I didn't see your thread, but I'm guessing it contained some sort of dig at the OcUK shop. That is against the rules.

I have no reason to lie to you, 'doll'.
theres nothing in the rules about not being able to PM users or admins. maybe you need to read them again, 'doll'.

my topic was merely to ask others about their RMA experiences and what I should do, because I've never dealt with OCUK before. and what better place to ask than the OCUK community...?

Agreed! Sometimes a thing happens that can upset you but addressing it in a certain way can get you into trouble.

You (DrakeWare) possibly voiced your opinions a little too strongly.

A certain level of control and order has to be applied (e.g: deletion of certain posts/threads) in order for the forum not to fall into some massive slagging match!

It's hardly an attempt at communism!

Surely you must see that!

Call the shop.

PM's are disabled so that no one can PM everyone with competitors, and your thread got deleted as it was an OcUK RMA issue, those are not allowed on the forums im afraid as only the shop can help with those, the forums are not connected with the shop, apart from the owner of the shop set them up, also a few ppl posted negative issues in there about OcUK's RMA service, and also this thread will be deleted as your not allowed to post asking why threads were deleted, you need to e-mail the Don's about that as per the FAQ. :)

the Don's etc... contact details are here

The forums are separate from the shop.

Just deal with it.

well I wanted advice because their TOS claims 28 days for an RMA and its been over 30 now. I also get absolutely nothing from calling the technical support, the only 2 replies I get are 'I dont know, sir' and 'I cant say, sir'. if OCUK don't know about my RMA then who will?

No one.

Or did you expect to be able to say "This guy from the forum said you should know" and it'll just work?

I'd just give them a call tomorrow, it can sometimes be down to the discretion of the shop staff as to whether they'll still do an RMA or forward you to the manufacturer for one.
