I use Nullriver MediaLink, Nullriver are also the people that made Connect 360 which is well acclaimed by xbox owners apparently...

cant fault it really, excellent piece of software that just sits at the bottom of system preferences, links beautifully to my itunes, iphoto, and any folders i want it to for movies etc and best of all it cost about 10 quid i think...

all in all, i still think sony should have produced their own media streaming plugins for windows and os x but at the end of the day, its just a tenna and MediaLink is great so can't grumble :)
