on a serious note, a 2s google search would have given you the answer, ie, it is normal

So why can't you select face blower ? Seems unusual.

So the upper line is not the face blower. It's then window blower? And the window blower is only supported on the driver's side. Yet there is window blower physically on the passenger side

because the vents aren't actually the face blower...the top mark is the windscreen/top-of-the-dash vents, passenger doesn't need those controls. once activated all the top vents (driver/passenger side) are activated
the middle mark is the "face/body vents" the vents directly pointing at ya
the bottom mark is the footwell vents

There is a separate button for both the front window blowers and the rear window heaters..which is why I got confused.. I just assumed the zone selector top line was the face
