Quick curry question!

Hey guys,

About to go for a curry and getting either a jalfrezi or a madras

Just wondering, is it worth trying them with lamb? I always have chicken!

I find takeaways tend to overcook the meat and overcooked chicken is nicer than overcooked lamb.

Yes lamb is great.

Tomato based curries = lamb
Yoghurt/cream type curries = chicken

That's my usually rule of thumb.

Bah, sometimes i hate takeaway/restuarants...
Since Currys is traditional to have for me. It's my everyday meals. i need to have it really really spicey.

Someone like me, love my spicey food. But when i order currys it has to be ultra mega spicey or i wont have it. It will end up in the bin. (it's how me & mrs have it at home).

Yea go with Lamp Jelfrazi, with madras source. You'll enjoy it.

Do you not tend to get glass stuck inbetween your teeth?

I like lamb when it is good quality, but I find it can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it turns out quite fatty.

You know where you stand with chicken.

Just had a chicken madras, almost killed me! Tried some of my brothers lamb rogan josh and it was also very nice
