Quick help please, Panasonic Breadmaker

Spend the money and get good flour. After all it's what makes the bread and you can taste and see the difference.

Then experiment, sun dried tomato and olive bread.. yummmiiiii
 
Best I could get was Allinson, it was either that or the supermarkets own brand

I'll have to shop around but the Allinson is quite good


Having a problem slicing the bread though, I'll have to buy a decent bread knife
 
This is the recipe I use in my Panasonic for white bread:

1 teaspoon easy fast acting yeast
500g Strong White flour
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
25g butter
320mls water

I put it on dark setting and the largest setting.

Makes bread just how I like it. :)
