Quick question: BMW 1 Series

As a 130i owner, long distance in the back on motorway is fine in my opinion

I really think that rear seat comfort is the one area where an owners opinion is utterely irrelevent, how often do you sit in the back of your own car for long distances? Infact does anyone other than friends who are too polite to say 'Jeez mate your car sucks in the back?' :p

Funny you should say that as I nearly mentioned it in the post but thought better of it. I have been in the back on a few occasions, although not on long distances; but I have had the pleasure of being in the back of my father's lovely 116i SE (cough!) for a long distance journey and that was ok too. Aint no 5-series comfort mind! ;)

On the other hand, some people live in families with more than 2 people.

Dont confuse the poor lad, hes not ready for a full picture of car buying decisions like that. :p

I really struggled just to get in the back the 1 series, was pretty suprised to be honest with where its pitched in the market but that the hitt you take with a RWD hatch I guess.
