Wasn't entirely sure whether to start a new thread or find another one to put this in...either way, i'm sure this could be useful for a few people.
I've decided to try and budget myself a bit and i've been playing around on Excel. I know i will be getting £2600 (Slightly more but i've rounded down to give myself a bit of a buffer) on the 17th September. My next loan/grant/whatever will be in my bank account on the 1st January.
So, i've worked out i have £2600 for 96 days which is around £28 a day or £189 a week...is it possible to actually live off that? Quite realistic? I will have a bit of money saved up but i'm not sure yet...i'll add that on closer the time and fingers crossed, i may have a job but until it's confirmed, i'm going to budget for the worst.
Or perhaps i have too much spare time...
How did people cope with just their loans or whatever? Jobs? Did your parents help? I just don't want to be crippled near the end of the year.
