Sorry guys, but IMO some of these photochops make it look horrible, like some kind of god-awfull kit-car. To me, trying to make that front end all smooth and slippery is missing the point of it. It's an aggressive looking bumper, it's not supposed to be pretty. BTW, you do realise the indicator/sidelight clusters are standard '99 spec items don't you?
As for the mesh, that isn't going to happen. I love to see the I/C like that, it adds to the aggression. I never had a mesh on the scoob and that I/C was just as exposed. It never got damaged.
The only part I'm in agreement on is the panel gaps and the lower lights.
I like the fixed headlights, they look purposeful. The only thing I never liked about your car was the decals but I can't see if those are still on it.
edit looks like you answered the decal question 1 min before I posted
The old bumper was beyond repair. It didn't provide enough airflow for my IC either. As for that vortex kit, it worked out to expensive to import in the end as there are no UK suppliers.
Gunna go against the majority, it looks awful. Sorry - Used to look much better.
The issues are that firstly, it doesnt line up with the rest of the bodywork properly and secondly, it cannot have been designed to go with the replacement headlights you have, the lines are all wrong.
