Quitting smoking

how about this, everytime you would have bought a new pack of fags, put that in a pot... do it for awhile and get an upgrade for your pc!
 
Been off the smokes since May. I found it easy, but then I tried before many times to stop.

Most people who stop say it's easy, reason is they have tried before and got used to stopping.

Don't hate it, that contributes to making it a big deal.

Thats' my 2 pennies worth, if that makes any sense!
 
Well done, I'm just into my 5th year and it was the best thing I ever did health & finance wise. It isnt easy and I still get the occasional urge, but thats another story :D
 
I'm 7wks in, not even twitched so far. Been to the pub less (although I'm going in a minute) but otherwise it's business as usual.

I've started mountainbiking again and I still have the lung capacity of a 150yr old man, but I dread to think how bad it would've been later in life if I hadn't packed it in now.

Good stuff mate! I went out last Saturday and it was a challenge to say the least, gonna give it a couple more weeks before I try again.
 
Just got back from the pub, had 1 pint, a few cokes, and no smokes.

One of my mates even had a bag of Cutters Choice, some extra-slim filters and silver Rizzla which was my holy-trinity, but I watched him go outside 4 or 5 times without flinching.

Go me :)
